The Mesilla Files is an ongoing fictional investigation into the unexplained mysteries of the American Southwest. Our stories combine history, mystery, science, folklore, strange phenomena, unforgettable characters, and a healthy dose of imagination into one connected world that continues to grow every week.
Here you'll discover recovered archives, case files, historical reports, field investigations, audio recordings, artwork, maps, and stories that all weave together into a larger mystery. Some of the evidence points toward forgotten history. Some suggests strange creatures or hidden places. Others believe the answers may lie with visitors from other worlds—or perhaps through what we call the Mesilla Veil, a connection to another reality.
The truth is... we're still investigating.
One of the things that makes TMF different is that we don't pretend to have all the answers. Our investigators often disagree with one another, and that's exactly how we want it. Different viewpoints challenge assumptions, encourage better questions, and lead to better investigations.

The Mesilla Files (TMF) is an original storytelling universe where history, mystery, adventure, and imagination unite in an ongoing investigation.
Primarily set in the deserts and mountains of the American Southwest, TMF follows the work of the TRC Research Center, CTA (Citizens for the Truth About Aliens), and a growing ensemble of investigators, historians, field researchers, and unforgettable characters as they seek answers to age-old unsolved mysteries.
